Any data that may be collected through this website, is kept secure and only processed for the reasons stated.

We use a trusted third-party website and cloud storage provider (ClickUp) to facilitate the running and management of our group members; members are those who have submitted an enquiry or signed up to be a member in a free of paid for capacity.

We may store client details on Mailchimp, Mailerlite or other newsletter software systems. This is required for our marketing and communication. You can opt out at any time.

How do we secure personal data?

We are committed to doing all that we can to keep your data secure; We use secure software systems to protect your data, and only allow access by authorised personnel; We manage our third-party suppliers using contracts and security reviews.

We use secure, cloud-based software to store data therefore protecting data against accidental loss; ensuring business continuity and disaster recovery; preventing unauthorised access, destruction or disclosure.  We will periodically conduct privacy impact assessments in accordance with the law and our business policies, we also train staff on data security.

How long do we keep your personal data for?

We will retain your personal data until; you unsubscribe; for two years following enquiry; for 7 years following contract; for 7 years following invoice issue. We will securely dispose of data after this period.
